Interventions will be delivered for 90 minutes per day, three days a week, over six weeks. Participants will be assessed at baseline, immediately after the six-week intervention, and at a three-month follow-up. Primary outcomes include the upper-extremity Fugl-Meyer Assessment and Berg Balance Scale. Secondary outcomes cover sensory impairment, arm use, daily activities, self-efficacy, and quality of life. Researchers will analyze treatment effects and identify predictors of success. The study monitors adherence, functional improvements, and quality of life changes throughout the participation period.

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • First-ever unilateral stroke between 3 months and 3 years ago
  • Age between 30 and 80 years
  • Baseline Fugl-Meyer Assessment Upper Extremity score above 10
  • No severe spasticity in any joints of the affected arm (modified Ashworth scale less than 3)
  • Ability to follow instructions from evaluators and therapists
  • Ability to maintain a step-standing position for at least 30 seconds
  • Ability to walk at least 10 meters, with or without a device
  • No severe vision impairments or other major neurological diseases
  • Not participating in other studies during this study period
  • Willingness to provide informed written consent
