Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- 18 years of age or older
- At least 2 years post-kidney transplant
You will not qualify if you...
- Not a kidney transplant recipient (e.g., liver, lung, heart, intestine, pancreas, bone marrow transplant)
- Unable to measure own blood pressure and glucose if diabetic
- Unable to use a mobile health application after training
- Unable to speak, hear, or read English
