The specific study aims will be: 1. To design and develop the hardware and software of the VR+MT and MR+MT systems. 2. To test the feasibility of the VR+MT and MR+MT systems from the patients and to collect the feedback of users with respect to their experiences. 3. Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Diagnosed with unilateral stroke
  • Aged 20 to 80 years
  • Baseline Fugl-Meyer Assessment of the Upper Extremity score between 20 and 60
  • Able to follow study instructions and provide verbal feedback (Phase I)
  • More than 6 months after stroke onset (Phase II)
  • Capable of participating in assessments and treatment sessions (Phase II)
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Diagnosed with global or receptive aphasia
  • Presence of severe neglect
  • Major medical problems or comorbidities interfering with upper limb use, causing pain, or disrupting visual or auditory perception
