Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 40 to 79 years
- Clinically significant anxiety and/or depression
- Stroke occurred 1 month or more before study start
- Ability to provide consent
- Mild or less cognitive difficulties
- Stable dose of depression/anxiety medication for at least 8 weeks if applicable
- Ability to use iPhone or iPad independently
- Home internet access
- Willing to participate for full study duration
You will not qualify if you...
- Moderate or severe aphasia
- Not fluent in English
- History of bipolar or psychotic disorder
- Current alcohol or substance use disorder
- Active suicidal thoughts
- Receiving psychotherapy focused on CBT
- Severe depression or anxiety needing higher care
- Any other medical or clinical reason deemed unsuitable by study doctor
