Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Delivery at Northwestern Memorial Hospital (Prentice Women's Hospital)
- Live birth at any gestational age
- Pregnancy complicated by new-onset hypertensive disorder of pregnancy (pre-eclampsia, eclampsia, or gestational hypertension)
You will not qualify if you...
- HELLP syndrome
- History of chronic diseases before pregnancy such as hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, or chronic kidney disease
- Current user of Omron remote patient monitoring or Noom
- Body mass index less than 18.5 kg/m2 at enrollment
- Inadequate weight gain during pregnancy or weight loss during pregnancy
