Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Delivery at Northwestern Memorial Hospital (Prentice Women's Hospital)
  • Live birth at any gestational age
  • Pregnancy complicated by new-onset hypertensive disorder of pregnancy (pre-eclampsia, eclampsia, or gestational hypertension)
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • HELLP syndrome
  • History of chronic diseases before pregnancy such as hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, or chronic kidney disease
  • Current user of Omron remote patient monitoring or Noom
  • Body mass index less than 18.5 kg/m2 at enrollment
  • Inadequate weight gain during pregnancy or weight loss during pregnancy
