Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adult (age 18 or older) family caregiver
- At least 4 months of caregiving experience
- Provides at least 4 hours of care daily to the care recipient
- Screens positive for depressive symptoms, generalized anxiety, or psychological stress based on specified scales
- Has access to a mobile device with internet access
You will not qualify if you...
- Caregiver who refuses to provide informed consent
