Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Adult (age 18 or older) family caregiver
  • At least 4 months of caregiving experience
  • Provides at least 4 hours of care daily to the care recipient
  • Screens positive for depressive symptoms, generalized anxiety, or psychological stress based on specified scales
  • Has access to a mobile device with internet access

  • Caregiver who refuses to provide informed consent
