Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Undergoing elective or emergency open or robot-assisted abdominal surgery
  • Expected anesthesia time of over 4 hours
  • Extubated on the operating table
  • Planned overnight stay in the postoperative ward
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Undergoing plastic, trauma, transplant, or orthopedic surgery
