Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Undergoing elective or emergency open or robot-assisted abdominal surgery
- Expected anesthesia time of over 4 hours
- Extubated on the operating table
- Planned overnight stay in the postoperative ward
You will not qualify if you...
- Undergoing plastic, trauma, transplant, or orthopedic surgery
