Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Clinical diagnosis of Huntington's disease or Parkinson's disease (genetic diagnosis of HD also acceptable)
- Anxiety symptoms with NeuroQoL Anxiety score of 12 or higher
- Age 21 years or older
You will not qualify if you...
- Cognitive decline that prevents consent or completing the intervention (MoCA 5 min/telephone score 11 or less)
- Unable to read and understand English
- No regular access to an internet-connected device capable of installing the app
- Not located in the USA
- Younger than 21 years old
- Active suicidality based on specific Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale questions
