This observational study involves collecting molecular data from patients diagnosed with SCLC to build a detailed registry. The study looks at different chemotherapy treatments based on these molecular analyses. The study is ongoing and follows patients over 20 years to assess outcomes. Participants will be monitored through long-term follow-up to measure key outcomes such as objective response rate, disease control rate, and progression-free survival.
