Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients must meet the U.K Parkinson's Disease Brain Bank Criteria for idiopathic Parkinson's disease.
- Have mild to moderate disease severity based on UPRS and Modified Hoehn and Yahr staging.
- Duration of Parkinson's disease between two and five years.
- Medically and psychologically stable with adequate cardiac function.
- No prior exposure to repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS).
- Signed informed consent obtained.
You will not qualify if you...
- Patients with implanted devices.
- Those with serious medical illnesses or a history of seizures.
- Patients experiencing severe freezing episodes or severe tremors.
