Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Adults aged 18 to 45 years with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) confirmed by a licensed professional based on DSM-5
  • Motivation to complete a 6-week VR-based motor function training program
  • Full-scale IQ greater than 70 on the WAIS-IV
  • Adults aged 18 to 45 years without a diagnosis of ASD
  • Full-scale IQ greater than 70 on the WAIS-IV
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • History of major mental illness such as bipolar affective disorder, schizophrenia, or psychosis
  • Neurological diseases like stroke, lumbar radiculopathy, spinal cord injury, or neurosurgery affecting walking function
  • Visual or hearing impairments that prevent participation in motor assessments or training
