Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Children aged between 7 and 12 years
- Children with a clinical diagnosis of Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD) based on DSM-5 criteria, diagnosed by a pediatrician
- Children suspected of having DCD evaluated by the research team using diagnostic criteria
- Balance problems confirmed by a Kids-BESTest-2 score below 80% for children with DCD
- Children without DCD scoring at or below the 25th percentile on Movement Assessment Battery for Children, second edition
- Normal postural control confirmed by a Kids-BESTest-2 score at or above 80% for children without DCD
- Children without DCD matched with children with DCD by sex, age, and potential comorbidities

- Presence of intellectual problems
- Presence of visual problems
- Presence of vestibular problems
- Presence of neurological conditions
- Inability to follow instructions due to behavioral problems
- Refusal to participate
