Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Healthy adults without medical conditions affecting brain function or problems with concentration, memory, balance, or coordination
- Patients suspected to have altered CSF dynamics, including normal pressure hydrocephalus, referred by their care team
- Patients with impaired cognitive function, including Alzheimer's disease, referred by their care team
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of non-MRI compatible devices
- Need for sedation during MRI
- Women who may be pregnant
- The first 10 subjects with normal pressure hydrocephalus must not have had prior shunt surgery
