Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Signed written informed consent before enrollment
- Age 18 years or older
- Histologically or cytologically confirmed stage IIA to IIIC non-small cell lung cancer
- No restrictions on the source of genetic test reports
- At least one measurable lesion visible on imaging per RECIST 1.1 criteria
- No previous systemic antitumor therapy for advanced disease
- No serious abnormalities in blood cell production, heart, lung, liver, kidney, or immune system function
- ECOG performance status score of 0 or 1
- Expected survival time greater than 3 months
You will not qualify if you...
- Previous surgical treatment for lung tumors
- Prior neoadjuvant chemotherapy or radiotherapy
- Cellular therapy received within the last year
- Untreated or uncontrolled diabetes, asthma, autoimmune diseases, or other chronic illnesses
- Participation in other clinical trials within the past month
