Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients enrolling on COH 14012, IRB 17505, or IRB 19518 (for TMLI cohort) or COH 14012 or IRB 17505 (for TMLI+FLT cohort with optional FLT PET)
- Patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL)
- First or second remission AML or ALL patients receiving total body irradiation (13.2 Gy) plus chemotherapy (etoposide or cyclophosphamide) as standard care
- Age 18 to 60 years
- Patients who have not had a prior transplant
- Documented written informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
History of severe allergic reactions to study medication Currently pregnant or breastfeeding Recent participation in another clinical trial within the last 30 days Presence of uncontrolled medical conditions that could affect safety
