Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Age between 18 and 80 years old
  • Onset of symptoms within 7 days
  • Clinical diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease (ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke) confirmed by head imaging (CT or MRI)
  • Signed informed consent form
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Diagnosed with non-cerebrovascular diseases such as central nervous system infections, epilepsy, or metabolic encephalopathy
  • Contraindications to multimodal CT, MRI, functional near-infrared imaging, or inability to cooperate with examinations
  • Life expectancy less than 3 months or inability to complete study follow-up for other reasons
