Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Male or female patients aged 18 to 75 years
- ECOG performance status score of 0 or 1
- Histopathologically confirmed TNM stage I-II non-small cell lung cancer
- For Cohort 1: Considered multiple or solitary primary lung cancer by clinical criteria (Martini-Melamed and ACCP criteria)
- For Cohort 2: CT shows solitary or multiple nodules with cystic airspaces
- Good compliance and family agreement to cooperate with survival follow-up
- Understand and voluntarily sign informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- History of previous or co-existing malignant tumors
- Received systemic anti-tumor therapies such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or targeted treatments before enrollment
- Refusal to participate in the study
