Eligibility Criteria

- Patients with preoperative gastric cancer confirmed by endoscopic biopsy and preoperative imaging data (DECT/mpMRI)
- No contraindications for CT or MRI examinations
- Provided written informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- History of previous therapy for gastric cancer
- Recurrent gastric cancer
- Severe allergy to contrast agents
- Imaging artifacts affecting evaluation
