Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 years or older, any gender
- Clinically diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus according to Chinese guidelines
- Suitable for treatment with Proline Plus Empagliflozin Tablets and prescribed the medication for the first time
- Available HbA1c test results within 4 weeks before enrollment
- Voluntary participation with signed informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- History of moderate to severe renal impairment (eGFR below 30 mL/min/1.73 m²), end-stage renal disease, or dialysis
- Acute or chronic metabolic acidosis, including diabetic ketoacidosis
- Severe allergy to gliflozin or any ingredient of the study drug
- Participation in another clinical trial within the past month
- Investigator's judgment that the participant is unsuitable for the study
