What this Trial Is About
This study aims to demonstrate the effect of combined exercise-education intervention in old adults with fall risk. This study will be conducted with prospectively randomized controlled trial comparing outcome of combined exercise-education intervention with conventional medical care. Falls efficacy scale-international, fall history, Balance function, handgrip strength, gait speed, knee extensor muscle power, physical performance, muscle mass using DEXA and BIA, quality of life, depression, cognitive function, activities of daily living, nutritional assessment will be evaluated on baseline, 1-month, 3-months, 6-months, and 12-months after intervention.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients older than 65 years and under 90 years
- Meet at least one of the three key fall risk questions or have a stay independent score of 4 points or higher
- Able to walk more than 10 meters without an assistive device
- Willing to participate in exercise intervention for 12 months
- Able to understand study information, provide written consent, and follow study requirements
You will not qualify if you...
- Medically unstable conditions such as cirrhosis with complications, end-stage renal failure requiring dialysis, bleeding disorders, uncontrolled hypertension, or cancer treatment within 5 years
- Ongoing neurological deficits except for stroke survivors, including dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or Parkinson's disease
- Reduced heart or lung function such as heart failure or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
- Musculoskeletal issues affecting physical function such as recent hip, artificial joint, or spine surgery within the last year
- Alcohol abuse within the past year as determined by CAGE evaluation
- Inability to understand the purpose of the trial or comply with study procedures
- Condition judged by researchers as making participation difficult
