You may qualify if you...

  • Adults 18 years or older
  • New diagnosis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma
  • Able to provide informed consent
  • Must complete survey
  • Residential address in a late stage hotspot
  • Medicaid insurance or uninsured
  • English, Spanish, or Chinese speakers
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Residence outside of Los Angeles County
  • Non-Hepatocellular Carcinoma liver tumors
  • Incarcerated patients
  • Pregnant women
