Researchers are conducting a large observational study to improve understanding of heart and liver health using advanced imaging techniques. The study focuses on healthy volunteers aged 20 and older without known cardiovascular or liver disease. It aims to reduce remaining health risks by analyzing factors like age, sex, genetics, and environment through detailed imaging and health data. Participants will undergo non-invasive imaging exams including cardiovascular MRI, hepatic MRI, hepatic ultrasound, and echocardiography with ECG. Additional tests include blood samples for metabolic profiling and biobanking, urinary pregnancy tests for women of childbearing age, and measurements of aging markers using a specialized device. The study will stratify 2400 volunteers by age and sex to gather detailed imaging and biological data. During the study, participants will have medical and paramedical examinations reviewing risk factors, medical history, and medication use. Researchers will establish reference nomograms accounting for age and sex in heart, liver, and adipose tissue. The study includes 36 months of analysis following 60 months of participant inclusion, with a focus on advanced imaging profiling and genetic risk marker identification. Participation involves regular assessments and non-invasive tests to provide detailed health insights.
