Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age over 18 years old
- Acute ischemic stroke with onset within 14 days
- Diagnosed with non-valvular atrial fibrillation before or during current hospitalization
- Provided informed consent or consent from legal representative
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of pacemaker, implantable cardioverter defibrillator, or implantable cardiac monitor
- Left atrial appendage removed or has post occlusion device implanted
- Transient atrial fibrillation caused by reversible conditions
- Life expectancy less than 1 year
- Unable to complete follow-up (e.g., no fixed residence, overseas patients)
- Female participants who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Participation in other clinical trials that might affect study evaluation
- Any other condition deemed inappropriate or risky by the investigator
