Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Women aged 245 years or older
- Women currently in the climacteric period (menopausal transition)
- Women with stable hormone replacement therapy for at least the last 6 months
You will not qualify if you...
- Having musculoskeletal, cognitive, infectious, neurological, or cardiorespiratory conditions that impair assessment or program completion
- Having had surgery in the lumbopelvic or gynecological region within the last 6 months
- Currently undergoing oncological (cancer) treatment
