Fascial tissue ensures optimal function and mobility by providing gliding and force transfer during movement. However, fascial order can be disrupted in cases such as overuse and trauma. Therefore, treatment of fascial tissue is important. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the effects of different myofascial release techniques on jumping performance, flexibility, balance, and proprioception in amateur football players.

Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Be between 18 and 35 years old
- Be able to communicate in Turkish
- Be willing to participate in the study
- Be a licensed football player
You will not qualify if you...
- Have a body mass index of 30 kg/m8 or higher
- Have a history of lower extremity surgery in the last 6 months
- Have cardiac, musculoskeletal, vestibular, or neurological problems
- Have mental or perceptual problems with a Mini-mental test score less than 24
