Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Males and females 18 years of age or older
- ECOG Performance Status 0, 1, or 2
- Pathologically diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma
- Pretreatment nasopharynx and neck MRI imaging performed
- Nasopharyngeal suspected lesions examined by NBI endoscopy
- Eccentric NPC with ipsilateral staging of T1-4 and contralateral staging of T0
- Eligible for radiotherapy without contraindications
- Voluntary participation with signed informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Failure to complete all three examinations (MRI, NBI, and endoscopic biopsy)
- Diagnosis of rare pathological types such as adenocarcinoma
- Tumor invasion of the clivus
- Contralateral retropharyngeal lymph nodes meeting diagnostic criteria
- Invasion of paranasal sinuses, except simple sphenoid invasion
