Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Males and females 18 years of age or older
  • ECOG Performance Status 0, 1, or 2
  • Pathologically diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma
  • Pretreatment nasopharynx and neck MRI imaging performed
  • Nasopharyngeal suspected lesions examined by NBI endoscopy
  • Eccentric NPC with ipsilateral staging of T1-4 and contralateral staging of T0
  • Eligible for radiotherapy without contraindications
  • Voluntary participation with signed informed consent
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Failure to complete all three examinations (MRI, NBI, and endoscopic biopsy)
  • Diagnosis of rare pathological types such as adenocarcinoma
  • Tumor invasion of the clivus
  • Contralateral retropharyngeal lymph nodes meeting diagnostic criteria
  • Invasion of paranasal sinuses, except simple sphenoid invasion
