Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients fulfilling the classification criteria for antiphospholipid syndrome (seropositive APS)
- Patients with seronegative APS (SN-APS) having clinical criteria for APS, persistently negative for aPL, and highly suggestive clinical features
- Patients with clinical criteria for APS, negative for aPL, without highly suggestive clinical features
- Age under 65 years at time of event
- Less than 5 years since the first event
You will not qualify if you...
- Patients in groups 2 and 3 with a known cause of thrombosis or obstetrical problems
- Deceased patients
- Patients with 5 or more years since their first event
