Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adults aged 18 years or older
- Prediabetes confirmed by blood test within 12 months, prior gestational diabetes diagnosis, or positive prediabetes risk test
- Body mass index (BMI) of 25 kg/m2 or greater (23 kg/m2 or greater for Asian Americans)
You will not qualify if you...
- Age younger than 18 years
- Body mass index (BMI) less than 25 kg/m2 (less than 23 kg/m2 for Asian Americans)
- No current diagnosis of prediabetes or gestational diabetes
- Prior diagnosis of type 1 or type 2 diabetes
- Pregnancy at enrollment
- Medical conditions that could worsen with study interventions, such as eating disorders or severe sleep disorders
