Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age between 18 and 80 years
- Stroke group: Man or woman with a single ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke in the chronic phase (less than 6 months)
- Stroke group: Written informed consent
- Stroke group: Social insurance coverage
- Stroke group: Willingness to complete all study experiments
- Healthy controls group: Man or woman with no history of neurological or psychiatric disease
- Healthy controls group: Age between 18 and 80 years
You will not qualify if you...
- Unable to provide consent due to dementia, severe aphasia, or psychiatric disorder
- History of other neurological disorders
- Significant depression or anxiety based on STAI and BDI questionnaires
- Uncorrected visual loss
- Visual neglect (for stroke group, assessed by Bells Test and bisection test)
- Contraindications to MRI
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women
- Women of childbearing age without effective contraception
