Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Age 18 to 75 years old
  • Clinical diagnosis of post-acute sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 (PASC)/long COVID syndrome with a symptom score greater than 12
  • Currently experiencing fatigue or brain fog as assessed by symptom checklists and questionnaires
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Neurological disorders such as stroke, head injury, epilepsy, seizures, brain tumors, brain surgery, Parkinson's Disease, or other neuromuscular diseases
  • Diagnosed severe psychiatric diseases including depression and schizophrenia
  • Congestive heart failure
  • Peripheral artery disease with claudication
  • Cancer
  • Pulmonary or renal failure
  • Unstable angina
  • Uncontrolled hypertension above 190/110 mmHg
  • Severe aphasia
  • Orthopedic or pain conditions
  • Exposure to metal or metal implants
  • Immunomodulatory therapy started less than 6 months before the study
  • For healthy controls: hospitalization due to SARS-CoV-2 infection or any of the above conditions
