Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- At least 18 years of age
- Persons with acquired aphasia defined as those with language impairment following left hemisphere brain injury (likely stroke)
- Neurotypical adults must be young (18-30 years) or older (over 60 years)
- Native or primary speakers of English
You will not qualify if you...
- Prior neurological or psychiatric diagnoses or developmental disabilities before aphasia onset
- Not fluent in English
