Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Written informed consent
- Age between 7 and 26 years
- Participant and parent/guardian must be proficient in English
- Diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder by ADOS-2 or DSM-5 criteria
You will not qualify if you...
- Severe psychiatric disorders such as bipolar disorder or major depressive disorder
- Severe neurological disorders including stroke or epilepsy
- Bradyarrhythmia
- History of head trauma involving surgery or tumor
- Presence of active medical implants like cochlear implants, vagus nerve stimulators, or pacemakers
- Cerebral shunts
- Auricular skin disease that prevents electrode placement
- Pregnancy
