Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Venous ultrasound study to evaluate for lower extremity deep vein thrombosis (unilateral and/or bilateral) within previous 72 hours.
You will not qualify if you...
- Patients with inaccessible target limb due to bandages, wounds, burns, lesions, or casts.
- Patients with leg trauma, fractures, above or below knee amputation, or other conditions making calf compression medically inappropriate or impossible.
- Patients unable to provide informed written consent.
