Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adults aged 18 to 45 years
- Both genders
- Low back pain from T12 to buttock line lasting more than 3 months
- Mechanical low back pain as the main complaint without leg pain
You will not qualify if you...
- Acute worsening of low back pain
- Thoracic (upper back) pain
- Spine trauma causing fractures or ligament damage
- Leg symptoms when walking that improve with bending forward (signs of stenosis)
- Paresthesia or numbness
- Structural spine deformities such as scoliosis, spondylosis, or spondylolisthesis
- Spinal curve reversal
- Pregnancy
- Surgery within past 6 months in abdomen, spine, or lower limbs
- Degenerative or inflammatory spinal diseases
- Cancer
- Centralization or peripheralization of symptoms
