It impacts patients life quality on many aspects, and specially their sleeping and circadian Rhythms. This can lead to more severe symptoms up to for thymic relapses. Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Bipolar disorder type 1 or 2 according to DSM V
- Mood Disorder Questionnaire (MDQ) score of 7 or higher
- Presence of sleep and circadian rhythm disorders
- Currently under treatment for bipolar disorder
You will not qualify if you...
- Addiction to substances other than tobacco
- Diagnosis of narcolepsy
- Presence of sleep apnea
- Other psychiatric comorbidities
- Suicidal thoughts or ideation
