Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Subject aged 25 18 years
- Diagnosis of locally advanced/unresectable or metastatic breast cancer
- Patients with High-Risk HER-2 + breast cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy requiring adjuvant Enhertu allowed at physician's discretion
- Received 3 or 4 cycles of Enhertu and expected to continue treatment for at least 12 weeks
- HER-2 targeted systemic therapy in conjunction with Enhertu allowed
- Able and willing to participate in aerobic and resistance exercises
- Following standard contraception requirements and willing to continue during therapy
- Able to provide informed consent and sign approved consent form
- Experiencing clinical fatigue symptoms as determined by investigator
- Completed ACSM exercise preparticipation health screening and deemed fit by investigator
You will not qualify if you...
- Currently following national guidelines for resistance training with 25 two days per week of structured resistance exercise
- Currently participating in structured moderate-intensity aerobic exercise for 25 150 minutes per week
- Medical, psychiatric, cognitive, or other conditions that compromise understanding, consent, study compliance, or completion
- Taking prohibited medications as described in Section 6.4.1
