Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosis of cancer and malnutrition
- Age over 18 years
- Performance status ECOG of 0 to 2
- Life expectancy of at least 6 months
- At least one measurable tumor lesion by standard imaging (RECIST v1.1)
- Normal organ and bone marrow function within 28 days before treatment
- Postmenopausal or non-childbearing status for women of childbearing potential
- Willing and able to follow the study protocol
- Ability to comfortably swallow oral medications
You will not qualify if you...
- Unable to swallow oral medications
- Gastrointestinal impairment or disease affecting drug absorption
- History of allogenic organ, bone marrow, or double umbilical cord blood transplantation
- Active or past autoimmune or inflammatory disorders
- Uncontrolled serious medical illness or infection
- Currently taking medications that prolong QT interval or cause Torsades de Pointes
