Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients with visceral metastasis of prostate cancer diagnosed clinically or pathologically
- Age 18 years or older
- ECOG score 2 or less, or a score of 3-4 due to tumor progression
- Normal liver and kidney function with specific lab values within normal ranges
- Normal bone marrow function with neutrophil count of at least 1800/mm3 and platelet count of at least 100000/mm3
- Able to provide surgical or biopsy tissue samples
- Willing to participate and sign informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Severe heart, liver, kidney, or peripheral nervous system diseases
- Autoimmune diseases such as hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, or systemic lupus erythematosus
- Unable to obtain tissue samples
- Active pulmonary tuberculosis
- Preparing for or having had tissue or organ transplants
- Any other conditions deemed unsuitable by researchers for participation
