Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age between 18 and 75 years, any gender
- Confirmed diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer at stage II to IIA by histopathology
- Underwent radical R0 lung cancer surgery within 2 months before joining the study
- Did not receive any preoperative or postoperative adjuvant therapy
- Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status score of 0 to 2
- Voluntarily agreed to participate and signed informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Allergy or caution needed with Huaier granules (for Huaier group participants)
- Difficulty swallowing, gastrointestinal obstruction, active bleeding, or perforation preventing oral medication
- Planned to receive targeted therapy, immunotherapy, combined chemo-immunotherapy, radiotherapy, or concurrent chemoradiotherapy during the study
- History of other new cancers within the past 5 years
- Expected survival time less than 6 months
- Unrecovered surgical complications or severe infections after lung cancer surgery
- Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy
- Use of other traditional Chinese anti-tumor medicines within the past month
- Severe mental illness or other conditions deemed unsuitable by researchers
