Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- The patient is prescribed tofacitinib according to clinical practice and guidelines, not decided by the study protocol.
- The patient has signed informed consent allowing data collection from SWIBREG.
- Patients must be 18 years old or older.
- The patient has active ulcerative colitis confirmed by fecal calprotectin >250 mg/kg or an endoscopic Mayo subscore 2 not more than 4 weeks before starting tofacitinib treatment.

- The patient is enrolled in a clinical trial where ulcerative colitis treatment is controlled by the study protocol.
- Patients with any contraindications to tofacitinib as per the latest product information.
- The physician considers the patient unsuitable for participation in the study.
