Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Parents or proxies of children or adolescents aged 5 years or older with myopia defined by spherical equivalent (SER): low (-0.5 D to -3.0 D), moderate (-3.0 D to -6.0 D), or high (less than -6.0 D)
- Adults with myopia and related complications such as cataract, macular degeneration, open-angle glaucoma, retinal detachment, or severe visual impairment
- Patients where myopia is a known or likely contributing factor to the complication
You will not qualify if you...
- Parents or proxies of children aged 4 years or younger
- Patients with complications unlikely related to myopia (e.g., cataract caused by diabetes)
