Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Meets ICHD-3 diagnostic criteria for the chronic form of one of the trigeminal autonomic cephalgias, as determined by the treating neurologist
  • Has failed standard medical management with at least 3 conventional preventative therapies
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Has uncontrolled or untreated psychiatric disease
  • Has medical conditions that contraindicate surgery
  • Does not consent to surgery
  • Is not able to speak English
