- 15 years of age or older
- Accessing PrEP services at implementing clinics
- Eligible for PrEP according to Kenya national guidelines
- Able and willing to provide consent (for interview participants and healthcare providers)
- Provides services at participating clinics (healthcare providers)
- Key policy maker (for interviews)

History of severe allergic reactions to study medication Currently pregnant or breastfeeding Recent participation in another clinical trial within the last 30 days Presence of uncontrolled medical conditions that could affect safety
