You may qualify if you...

  • Meeting the criteria for major depression in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5)
  • Age at first onset 60 years or older
  • Informed consent
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • History affecting cognitive function such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, severe brain atrophy, or mental abnormalities
  • Long-term alcohol addiction or use of drugs affecting mental state
  • Survival time of malignant tumors
  • Language, vision, or hearing impairments
