Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Meeting the criteria for major depression in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5)
- Age at first onset 60 years or older
- Informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- History affecting cognitive function such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, severe brain atrophy, or mental abnormalities
- Long-term alcohol addiction or use of drugs affecting mental state
- Survival time of malignant tumors
- Language, vision, or hearing impairments
