Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Age between 45 and 90 years
  • Perfect or corrected vision
  • Ability to reach with hand
  • For control participants: no history of neurological disorders or injury
  • For mild cognitive impairment participants: clinical diagnosis of amnestic mild cognitive impairment
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Any injury or condition that affects reaching
  • Traumatic brain injury, such as concussion, in the past 6 months
  • For control participants: Modified Telephone Interview for Cognitive Status (TICS-m) score less than 34
  • For mild cognitive impairment participants: Modified Telephone Interview for Cognitive Status (TICS-m) score greater than 34
  • For mild cognitive impairment participants: Mini-Mental State Examination Second Edition (MMSE-2) score less than 21
