- Signed informed consent in the qualifying study.
- Signed informed consent in the ophthalmic study before any study-specific eye assessments.
- Completed the baseline ophthalmic exam before starting treatment in the qualifying study.
- Meet all eligibility criteria of the qualifying study.

- Not randomized or not receiving assigned treatment in a qualifying study.
- Allergic or sensitive to pupil dilating agents or contraindicated for required eye procedures.
- Investigator judgment that the patient is unlikely to comply with study procedures, restrictions, or requirements.
