Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adult patients with suspected pneumocystis infection
- Indication for bronchial fibroscopy for bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) or induced sputum
- No opposition to participation from the patient or their next of kin if the patient cannot express consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Pneumocystis infection treated for more than 72 hours
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Adult patients deprived of liberty or under legal protection
