Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- English-proficient adult pregnant woman admitted between 22 0/7 and 25 6/7 weeks' estimated gestation for anticipated extremely preterm delivery
- Antenatal neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) consultation requested and performed
- Adult partner present (if available)
- Practicing maternal-fetal medicine or neonatology provider (attending, fellow, resident, practitioner, or RN) from Brigham & Women's Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, or South Shore Hospital
You will not qualify if you...
- Non-English proficient
- Fetal congenital malformations
- Younger than 18 years old
- Estimated gestation less than 22 0/7 or greater than 25 6/7 weeks
- Repeat consultation
