Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- All studies using the MyChart recruitment service are eligible, including clinical trials and observational studies
- All patients receiving messages via MyChart are included
- Patients must meet potential eligibility based on the planned criteria of the study using MyChart
- At least 500 messages sent for the study, with 125 messages sent for each intervention arm
You will not qualify if you...
- Studies not using MyChart for recruitment
- Studies with fewer than 500 messages sent or fewer than 125 messages per arm
- Patients who are minors
- Patients excluded from the primary study that is recruiting participants
