Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adults aged 18 to 95 years with occlusion of the internal carotid artery or M1 or M2 segment of the middle cerebral artery
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score of at least 6 at admission
- Modified Rankin scale score of 0 or 1 before stroke onset
- Alberta Stroke Program Early CT score (ASPECTS) of at least 6
- Baseline multimodal CT imaging including NCCT, CTA, and CTP performed at trial site
- Modified thrombolysis in cerebral infarction (mTICI) score 2b to 3 achieved after last thrombectomy attempt
You will not qualify if you...
- Stroke caused by large artery atherosclerosis, dissection, or tandem occlusion
- Previous rescue angioplasty or stenting after thrombectomy
